Is there a way to organize attachments in the workflow manager web app?
Hi Carol, what sort of organization do you mean? Like into sub folders?
Cheers,
Michael
Hi Michael,
Yes, like in either subfolders, or at the very least by alphabetical order of the document name. Right now they are just in a jumble – I can’t tell any rhyme or reason to their order…and with a project we’ve been working on awhile we have quite a few documents per “job”. Thanks.

Thanks for clarifying I've added it to our backlog of work for future consideration.
Actually one more question...
I assume you would want the folders defined for a job type? So that every job type can have different folders but the folders can at least be standard? That way Job 1 of Type A, doesn't have different folders or different spellings of the same folders as Job 2 of Type A.
Also, for some things we're considering allowing them to be displayed based on sharing the folder to specific groups. So Group A could see Folder ZZ of attachments, but if a member of Group B looked at the same job they wouldn't see that folder ZZ unless it was shared to them. Would you like something like that?
These all sound like great ideas! They would really make the attachments much simpler to manage. If I had to choose between the two enhancements, I would choose the first one – standard folders. Thanks for your attention to this!
Carol
Great, I'll write up that as the implementation and put it into the backlog. This likely fits more into our rework of our Workflow Manager Server offering, which if you're attending DevSummit or UC I can sit down and talk with you about a little more.
