Hi,

I guess you should get access to the local help on this after installing the Workflow Manager Server on your machine. I have not seen a public Workflow Manager Server instance with the REST API help available on the Internet (like those for sampleserver1.arcgisonline.com etc). Feel free to check the .pdf from the developer summit '12 or watch a video.
