I'm playing around with ArcGIS Workflow Manager to see if it can play a role in our enterprise, and I am having an issue creating a workflow. In the Administrator client, when I go to Job Components --> Workflows and right click to Add a Workflow, I get the following error:

I get the same thing when trying to open and edit one of the sample workflows that installed. I am running ArcGIS 10.2.2. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling to no avail, and my user has full privileges.

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Joe

Joe,

We experience this message every now and then with some of our users. Unfortunately we haven't been able to pin in down. I am guessing it has something to do with permissions but as it is not consistent we haven't been able to find a solution.

If you do get a final response, please share with the group.

Thanks,

Hi Joe,

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Can you have a ticket submitted with support? Doing this will allow one of the support analysts try to reproduce the issue so that the development team can make proper recommendations or fix in a future release.

Thanks,

Tope
