New to JTX

I am brand new to ever using JTX. I have it all installed and ready to go, but when I click on create job the form to fill in all the information comes up than disappears a second later. Any idea to why this is happening?

What operating system are you using? Have you successfully run the JTX post install and added yourself as a JTX user? Do you have job types defined in the configuration manager? I am asking these questions because you say that you are new to JTX and I want to make sure you have the prerequisites to get your system up and running.

Hey Tope,
   I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling everything. This time it all worked. I must of did something during post install to cause the issue but all works great now.
