Job status being reset on a job assignment

Hi There,

Has anyone seen their job status being reset when a job gets reassigned? Mine keep being set to 'Working' as the job travels through the workflow. We are setting specific status' on jobs and this is breaking our reporting. If anyone has seen it have you got a fix? Workaround even?

Hi Fraser,

At 10.0, if you are using Step Status Assignment, and any steps do not have a specific status set on them, the job will revert to the Working status. At 10.1, this behavior has been modified so that if any steps do not have a status set, the job's status will be unmodified.
