I'm using version: ArcGIS Workflow Manager 10.2.1 and when I attempt to publish my workflow manager service via the ArcGIS Workflow Manager Administrator it fails. Can anyone assist here?

Please see the error message below in red that has been returned.

Does the user running the ArcGIS Server service have access to the JTX_ tables?

Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for the prompt response!

Yes, the respective user has the following database role membership permissions "db_datareader" and "db_datawriter" to the sde geodatabase. The JTX_ tables are within this geodatabase.
