Which widget can show change in incident occurrences in Web App Builder?

I have been requested to show the percentage change in incident occurrences for a crime analytic dashboard I'm constructing with the Web App Builder. My ideal solution would display the percent change over a given time period, such as compared to the last week, 30 days, or 90 days, as text.

My data have dates/times (stored as date field). I've got an Infographic widget showing count of daily occurrences but haven't solved this one yet.

Can anyone recommend a workflow and built-in widget in the Web App Builder that can accomplish this?
