Share Widget Not working?

Help!

I was really excited to see a shared widget added to the WebApp Builder, but it is not working for me.  I follow the instructions on "How to use this widget" and was hoping I was doing something wrong.  When I add the icon and launch; click on the icon and a blank dialog window appears.   None of the options as described here ​show up.

The Share widget is working for me. Is there anything special with the web map you're using?

App is build using published services mostly from one source and they are all public.

I'm getting the blank window as well.  I've tested with the following browsers:

Chrome 51.0.2704.84 m

IE 11.0.9600.18163

Firefox 28

Thank you @William and @Ana! We found the problem: it happens if you're a user with custom role. Will let you know once we patching it.
