Search Widget Prompts Login -- Public Web App

I created an ArcGIS Online web app that is shared to the public.  Users can click on points, see pop-ups, use the Measure widget, etc. without a login.  However, when they try to use the Search widget it prompts them for a login.  Why would that be the case?  Any suggestions that would allow me to configure the app such that the Search widget doesn't prompt a login?  Thanks!

Mystery solved and lesson learned.  Turns out that when I copied the 'private' version of this app to create the 'public' version, I removed the private version of a layer and added the public version of that same layer to the map but failed to make the same change in the Search widget.
