Editable feature layers not visible in Web App Builder

(10.3 Advanced License, AGOL Organizational Admin privileges)

I have successfully published  editable feature services from our server (SQL) to AGOL but when I try to include these layers in a Web App Builder app to add customization, the feature layers are not visible and the Layers tab indicates there are no operational/editable layers in the map. @ Has anyone else run into/resolved this issue?

I am seeing the same issue in Web App builder developer edition 1.1 when I add a web map with editable feature services. 

Is my WAB copy corrupted or is this issue still alive?

Yes, I have the same issue.

But I discovered that, when I open the "edit" widget in the configuration panel of my app and just validate it (open it and click "OK"), it's reloading the widget : I have my editable layers in the app again and I can add new features on my map.
