Identify Widget: Displaying Subtype Data

My subtype data does not display for some reason. I have 2 operational services, and probably 40 layers, and in none of them my subtype data displays. However, all the other data appear just fine. Am I missing something or is it just not possible to display that type of data?

I'm sorry, I don't know how to help.  We were provided a login to an ESRI FTP site to download a QFE.  The login/download was only good for 7 days.  I assume you will need to contact ESRI support with the information I provided and I assume they could then make it available to you?
