Looks like this is effecting the Esri Flex samples as well as my apps. any word on the issue?

once you clear all the errors the basemaps do render...

I'm having the same issue. Even when I clear them all the map does not render. Have you had any luck?

Nope. I'm getting the same thing with version 3. I noticed it at 1:00 today, March 27th. The viewer does fade in as I clear the errors, and the base maps function as normal.

It's a problem related to default basemap group from ArcGIS online. It should be fixed very soon.

I unchecked the "Add Portal for ArcGIS Basemaps" box and now it works.

This has now been fixed on arcgis.com.
You might have to clear your cache to see it fixed.
