Insufficient Capacity Error?

I have created a clone of one of my big data analytics.  When I try to run that analytic I get the following error.  Also, if I stop a currently running analytic and then try re-starting it, I will get the same error:

When I check our organization's utilization capacity, I see that we have plenty of space/capacity:

Has anybody ran into this or found a solution?

@ArmstKP Thanks for reporting this, the Velocity operations team is actively investigating. Can you please log a support case for tracking purpose?

@PeterNasuti  The insufficient capacity errors are back.  If you stop an analytic, it won't restart because of the error.

@ArmstKP Thanks for reporting - there were Velocity system upgrades today for which notifications went out that caused this behavior despite running items continuing to function. The issue should now be resolved and I am in communication with the support analyst assigned to the case that you opened. Apologies for the inconvenience.
