General HTTP Poller Basic Authentication Question

I get intermittent authentication errors on my HTTP Poller feed connected to an API - requesting every 5 minutes. Currently asking my IT to explore any issues on their end - it happens 3-5x per day and resumes after the error mostly in this last two weeks I think. Only downside is I seem to be missing some events. The basic authentication is a username and password that IT gave me for this API call.

Is there anything on the ArcGIS Velocity side that I need to be doing regularly to prevent this (like does doing a reset refresh token relate?) - or is this kind of a thing likely just on the API authentication side?

Anyone know of anything I should be recommending IT check? Or is this normal? Is this a sign I'm requesting too frequently? I plan put in a support ticket officially, once I hear back from IT.

@Teresa_Blader

The Error Message looks similar to an issue I have that Support is working on.  I would open a ticket on this with support as the "Feed Started at .....encountered a run time error." implies a Velocity error not an issue with the API you are targeting.  You might also change the Log level to Debug when viewing and see if there is any more detail.
