Validate Network Topology: Error 001793: Network topology must be enabled

I'm getting an error when attempting to Validate Network Topology. It is giving me "Error 001793: Network Topology must be enabled. But, Network Topology is enabled already (see history in the screen shot). I have one Dirty Area, which is a disabled block around my entire network (details in the screen shot pop-up). 

Any help in resolving this would be appreciated.

The big blue block saying the topology is disabled should go away when you run enable network topology, UNLESS you have the only generate errors option select. Can you confirm that this option wasn't selected and that the tool was run against the same utility network?

That was it. I kept checking, "Only generate errors", out of habit. Thank you!
