Utility Network to AGOL without Enterprise

Hello,

Is an Enterprise account required to share a utility network to AGOL.  Our organization is online only, and I would at least like to host the UN feature classes in a web map in order to add and edit features in Field Maps.  I've attempted to do this, but all my domains for the drop down attribute fields aren't available when editing using the Field Maps app.

ArcGIS Online does not support hosting Utility Network layers.  You must have ArcGIS Enterprise to publish the feature service.
