Hi team,

Pretty desperate but has anyone encountered getting "ERROR 999999: Something unexpected caused the tool to fail" when they run the Update Subnetwork Tool? This only happens on one Subnetwork. This is for an Electric UN.

Things I have tried:

  • Delete Pro Cache
  • New Project
  • New Version
  • Removed Subnet Controller and readded it

Open to any other ideas

TIA

that is typically an error returned when our software can't determine the underly cause.  The log from the service (verbose mode) should provide more detail.

Hi the error message occurred Today at 8:26:52 am. Could we query the logs?

you should be able to find information here on how to access the logs.  But, you will need administrative access to the service.

Any other ideas to how we can figure this out?

Thanks,

Daniella
