Can utility network associations be shown in the pop-up like a related items in pop-ups?

Is this possible in ExB apps? 
An example of this is - If I click on a containment (say a switching station) then can I design the pop-up to display all switches associated as related items in the pop-up?

It seems like it's only possible with custom JavaScript at this time.

@ChristopherCounsell - Thanks for the links. I understand you can view associations as dotted lines but I am wondering if its possible showing the associations in the pop-up. You can use arcade to pull some stats but it doesn't have the same effect as you would when you add related records in the pop-up. 

Like I said - I want to be able to click on a container and at the end of the pop-up you'd be able to see all the (related/associated) records. Spatial and Non-Spatial records

I agree with what @ChristopherCounsell said, this is currently not possible out of the box (both lines and the popups) so it's something you'd need to do with custom JavaScript.
