UN trace result not as expected

folks I work with Arc GIS Pro 2.9 & Enterprise 1.9.1.

as it shows in the following screenshots, I made a Downstream trace from the starting point at Sub_Transmision tier to select all downstream features which located in the Distribution_mesh tier only, but the result select all downstream features from 2 or 3 tiers. So I want to know how and why?

Can you reproduce this on the latest version of the Electric UN Foundation solution? I opened up v2 and there is no tier called Electric Distribution Mesh.
