Template from ArcGIS PRO is lost when changes are made in Map Viewer

Hello Everyone,

I have created some Feature templates in the Utility Network Features (Device, Junction, Line, Assembly).

We have a web application that allows us to edit features, but we’ve encountered an issue where the templates created in ArcGIS Pro are lost when editing certain aspects (e.g., symbology) in Map Viewer. Specifically, if we change the map extent and save the map in Map Viewer (on ArcGIS Enterprise), the templates are also lost.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? If so, what could be the cause, and how can we prevent this error from occurring?
