Publish/load data to Water Distribution Data Management

Hello, 

As is stated in the "Introduction to Water Distribution Data Management":

"After deploying, organizations with no water distribution data can immediately begin mapping their water distribution systems using GPS or digitizing data with web or desktop software. Organizations with existing spatial water distribution data can load it and begin using the apps." 

I have trouble with loading the data. I tried to deploy this solution in my ArcGIS Online account and then overwrite the feature layer, but all I got was a lot of errors, one of them being that my Utility Network creator did not match with Portal login.. But I am using the same account when working in Pro as the AGOL one. 

I did go through some documentation about publishing UN, but it did not answer my question of how to use the above mentioned solution. 

Any help appreciated!

Hi,

Water Distribution Data Management doesn't use the utility network.  It only uses simple features to represent the water system.  This blog compares the Utility Network Foundation solutions with the Utility Data Management solutions -https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-solutions/water/utility-data-management-arcgis-solu...

Since the schemas are different if you do want to load utility network data into that solution you can use the Data Loading Tools to transform the data during the data load - https://solutions.arcgis.com/shared/help/data-loading/
