Export Utility Network Terminal Configurations

I'm sure there is a way to do this and I'm just missing it, but is there a way to export the assigned terminal configurations from a utility network?

@EdwardBlair - You could use the "Export Matrix" Tool in the UDMS Toolbox (download here)

The output file looks something like this.
