Database Error when running Update Subnetwork (FDO error: -2147216072, Underlying DBMS error [ORA-01795])

For context, we have our UN-enabled Enterprise GDB deployed on an Oracle DB (Non-Spatial) as an electric distribution utility.

We have around 18k+ subnetworks (vast majority if which are low voltage subnetworks). And then we have 67 medium voltage subnetworks, of which 2 persistently throw database error when running the Update Subnetwork process in default & branch versions.

Here's the log message in Server Manager related to said error:

Warning on subnetwork "03-TLS321" - FDO error: -2147216072 [03-TLS321], Underlying DBMS error [ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000] [UN_6_Subnetworks][STATE_ID = 0]

My question is what kind of query is it running? So that I can limit the objects in that subnetwork that's causing this overflow of more than 1000 elements/expressions in said list.

Will be glad to provide additional details for those willing to help. I'm stumped, this is in production environment and this problem is causing frictions with the designers & planners.

Log an issue, this is a bug. What version/patch level is ArcGIS Enterprise?

Noted Robert, will do that.

We have installed the ArcGIS Server 11.3 Utility Network and Data Management Patch 1 and 2 and ArcGIS Server Data Management 2026 Update 1 Patch. We are at ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1, ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3, Enterprise Geodatabase 3.3.6 and 11.3 and Utility Network version 6 and Branch Versioning.

Thanks for the info! It looks like this could be BUG-000184727, which is currently scheduled to be included in the next 11.3 patch. Support should be able to confirm the details of the bug, patch, etc. especially if you have a reproducible test case.
