Can I run a upstream/downstream Trace from a tier rank 1 to a target tier rank 1

As far as I know, the only way to reassign a UN's tier rank is to reapply the Asset Package. We would like to avoid that...

If I have two tiers with a tier rank: 1, is it possible to run an up/down Trace that works correctly?

Hi Yulissa, no you cant trace from a tier with rank 1, to a different target tier with rank 1. 

What kind of domain (Water, Electric) is it? If your domain is configured as Hierarchical, then often all the features are in the tier with rank 1, so there is no need to specify a target tier.
