Hi,
I've just noticed that all the map questions on our Survey123 webforms are now missing a marker/pin symbol to highlight where you've clicked for a location to be. All these were working previously, but now are missing. Is this a known bug or (new) expected behaviour? Either way it makes selecting a location really hard and users are thinking that the forms aren't working.
It seems to be the case in Chrome and Edge, although mobile browsers do have the blue marker symbol (I don't know if they use a different mechanism though). I wondered if it could just be my organisation but I've found examples of other public forms doing it (although not all forms seem affected). The ones we've made will have been created in Connect.
I'd be really grateful for any advice/info. Two examples of the forms are linked to below.

Hi @ColinCampbell1 The behavior you describe is not expected. When you click on the map to set a location, a marker symbol should appear.
I tried your surveys in Chrome, Edge and Firefox in my laptop. Everything worked as expected in all browsers. I suggest you open a support ticket with Esri UK so they can help reproducing the problem. It is not obvious what could be causing this behavior. A support analyst will help with the diagnosis. If repro cases are provided we will definitively look at this.
I can repro now using https://mapping.northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au/maps/CultureMapLive.html @ColinCampbell1 @NBC

Hi Ismael,
We are having a similar issue as outlined above - please see the link below:
https://mapping.northernbeaches.nsw.gov.au/maps/CultureMapLive.html
Clicking the 'Get on the Map' button at the top takes the user to the Survey123 with the problem. This one is contained as a widget inside an Experience Builder app but the issue is affecting all our Survey123 surveys containing an embedded map. Its seems that the click or tap in the map is recognized, as the red shading around the question disappears, however the actually symbol fails to materialize on screen.
Any info or advice you can provide much appreciated.
Thanks
Andrew
Many thanks for looking into this. I've done a bit more exploring and it seems to only be affecting people in my organisation so I'm guessing it may not be a Survey123 issue (or not completely). I'll go off and do a bit more research and raise a ticket as suggested if needed.
Thanks again.

Issue fixed. There was indeed a problem on our servers. Sorry it took so long to get to the bottom of this!
I am noticing this behavior with S123 point marker symbol with survey embedded in experience builder.
@IsmaelChivite We are experiencing the behavior of the missing map pin in the S123 webforms across Chrome and Edge Chromium browsers. It is occurring across all of our surveys on AGOL. This started yesterday.
I was told by support to update my version of S123 connect to latest version (3.18) then republish the survey.
Thanks! This fixed it for me.
