Web Hook is not being generated for an ArcGIS Survey123 Connect Survey in Power Automate

I created an ArcGIS Survey123 survey for the public to request addresses for utility purposes such electric / water meters.  The survey was built in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect (template version 3.22, revision date 2/26/2025).  The survey allows a user to input multiple points along with multiple attachments.

I created a Web Hook via Make and generated a workflow that generates a Trello card when someone submits a request for a new address.  This process has been working without issue for over a year.  My organization is now using Microsoft 365.  I want to migrate our workflow from Make to Power Automate to take advantage of things like sending an e-mail instead of creating a Trello card.

I have hit a snag; using the trigger (from the ArcGIS connector) "When a survey response is submitted" I am able to select the survey however when I try to access content from the submitted survey, I get a message stating that no dynamic content is available.  I also noticed in AGOL that no web hook is created for the survey.

I created a new simple survey in ArcGIS Survey123 Connect to test.  I was able to see this survey and see the dynamic content in Power Automate.  I'm wondering if there is an issue with the survey itself.  I have attached the excel file of the survey.

Got a solution from tech support.  There was an error in the excel spreadsheet used to generate the Survey123 Connect Survey.  The label for "begin repeat" was blank.  This blank "threw off" Power Automate, preventing the dynamic content from being generated.  After I put something in for the begin repeat label and republished the survey, Power Automate generated the dynamic content.
