Survey submitted successfully, but an error occurred while triggering webhook

I have a survey hosted in our enterprise system that uses a Make (formerly Integromat) webhook. When a survey is submitted, the Make scenario runs as expected, but Survey123 still displays an error message saying: 'Survey submitted successfully, but an error occurred while triggering webhook - Failed to fetch.'

This error is confusing because the Make scenario actually works as designed. However, since the survey is public, this message might make users doubt whether their submission was successful.

This issue was not occurring previously. The version of Survey123Connect I'm using is 3.21.62

I believe I have fixed the issue. It appears that the survey had too many webhooks attached to it. I turned all of them off and hooked up a new webhook to the survey. Now, with only one webhook on the survey, the survey and associated Make scenario work as designed.

Just putting this here incase I forget how to fix this again. JD242 above is talking about 'too many webhooks' in the Survey123 survey, Not Make.com
