Hi - I'm trying to update another user's Survey123 form (and vice versa) that is stored in our ArcGIS Online site. We have both published forms via Connect and we are using the latest (3.22.49) version. Our Surveys (and related hosted feature layers) are both shared to a Group with Shared Update Capabilities enabled. Both of us are also Admins in our AGO site. This is
First I would have expected to see our users Survey form when I refreshed Connect but nothing else is shown besides my forms. From AGO I can click on the other users Survey Form Item, choose Edit in Survey123 Connect, and for a brief moment Connect with flash on my screen (like its attempting to open) but nothing happens.
Apologies if someone has answered this before, but I couldn't find anything. Thanks!

In my experience, you have to be the survey item owner in AGOL/Portal in order for the survey to appear in Survey123 Connect (especially if you have never previously downloaded that survey in Connect before). Even if you're an admin and have access to everything, this has always been the case for me. You might want to try changing ownership to you and seeing if it appears in Connect.

I was able to answer my own question - looks like Shared Update Capability is only available in the Survey123 Web Designer not Connect. Like you mentioned @RyanUthoff, best option is likely changing ownership of the Survey123 Form.
