Unable to display repeats in a report table

Hello everyone,

I find myself stuck while creating the template for a report, you can find it attached to the thread. My issue is that I cannot make the repeat data to be populated into the table, I have tried everything I could find online but still, no information is added to the Word document. Also, I checked that the selected response contains data for that repeat. As you can see in the screenshot, for the second repeat, which has no answers, there are no lines in the table.

Does anyone know what might be the issue here?

Your repeat is set up right. But you are missing the repeat items:
