The QR Code won't scan an asterisk (wildcard) from the inbox

A client has a QR code that has an asterisk, and it's embedded in everything they catalog, and they don't want to replace the QR codes.

Survey123 will scan the code from inside the software, but it has trouble scanning the code from the inbox (I think because it reads the asterisk as a wildcard.)

Is there any magic to fix this issue?

Good catch on that one. Not sure if this will work, but give it a go: Activate 'Enhanced Camera Features' in the mobile app and try again. If you still have trouble, this will be worth documenting via an Esri Technical Support ticket.

That's GREAT news knowing that it should work.

We tried the Enhanced Camera Features and rebooted the phone, but it still says it's not found. 

I can add a bug report tomorrow!
