Survey123 Z-value

I have a survey I'd like to access elevation data for the geopoints on.  I added esriFieldTypePointZ as the bind::esri:fieldType and it let me republish without affecting the existing data but it doesn't seem like the change took effect.  When I look at it in the content screen it still shows z-value is off and I can't change it there.

Is there a way to enable z-values for a published survey?  Or is my only option to publish a new version of it?

Somewhat related, when I create a map in field map designer it asks about high accuracy GPS and if yes turns on a bunch of extra metadata.  It seems like there isn't an equivalent on the Survey123 side?  I don't know if I need any of that, but if I'm republishing and it's a option I'd like to enable it so I have it later if it would be useful.

Hi @DuncanC , i don't think you can change your published featureclass from a non z-enabled featureclass to a z-enabled one.

But for the GPS Metadata you find information how to access those via pulldata here: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/geopoints.htm
