I have a survey123 embedded in Experience Builder application. This works fine for most of the users, but for a specific user it fails with "unable to refresh token" error.

I tested leaving the app open for 15 minutes then submitting, log on to different AGO then log on to the ExB app in discussion without properly logging out of the previous AGO org (because I know survey123 webform is not the best at handling org switch), but I can't replicate the issue.
I'd appreciate your expert advice.

Similar to another just posted maybe? Are you using the Survey Widget or just content with a URL? No idea if that is it just checking.
