Survey123 - show AM/PM label on dateTime question

Hello everyone,

Does anyone now how to get the AM / PM label on a dateTime question? I'm trying to capture the date and time on two separate fields to display a summary note  at the bottom of the survey. Below is a  look of my current XLSForm. The dateTime question default is set to now() and esri::fieldType to esriFieldTypeDate.
