Hello Community, I created a Survey123 form from an exiting AGOL  feature service (using Survey123 connect-see pic). The intent was to use the survey123 form inside experience builder to update the attributes on the existing feature service. I can capture the attributes from the map to the embedded survey using the experience builder tools "Add Connection". It is sending the data back to correct feature service, however when I submit the survey,  it juts create another record (a duplicate) on the attribute table. What I need is  to update the existing selected record, populate the fields that are blank and update the map symbology (e.g., red dot to green). Does anyone now what I'm doing wrong or have any suggestion how I can accomplish this task??? Thanks! JB   ... View more

Does anyone have a  simple example for displaying related table data on a pop-up in using Arcade expression?  There is a old post here related to this topic using FeatureSets but it was not clear to me!.  I have a very simple county layer with a county ID (FIPS) and a related table with the same FIPS field and other fields with species information (TAXA: bird, reptile, fish;  and STATUS: endangered, At-risk, concern , Sustainable). I want to display a summary of those related fields on the pop-up (see sample image below) . I accidentally deleted a survey (using Survey123 connect) that I have been working for months and I am hoping that there is a way to recover the xlsx file from my local computer. I'm not sure how it happen, but I saved the wrong survey folder from Survey123 using the folder (File) icon from the Survey123  connect App. Does anyone know if a recovery at this point is possible? Hello Everyone, Before abandon that  the plan of using Survey123 for field data collection, I want to be sure that there are no other options to go around this limitation. The limitation is related to Private groups (Org. account) and public access (Public account). I work for the federal gov. and many of the field information that we collect is working in collaboration with other Fed. agencies, State gov. academia, NGO's  and public organizations.  In many project, we depend on PUBLIC organizations to collect critical data for conservation programs. However many of these PUBLIC organizations don't have the technical capacity and/or resources to have an esri organization account. On few small projects (few external public members) we are able to use a a "collaborator account" to get the work done. However on large regional or national scale project, the tool "permits design" is LIMITED. For example, we have hundreds of approved (permit require)-trained PUBLIC volunteers (public account) collecting critical data for 5 species of endangered sea turtles. We (the FEDS) have the tools and technical expertise but it will be unrealistic to have a workforce that can cover vast areas. Anyway, I recognize that these limitations are link to business rules but since we (The Feds) spend millions of dollars on Lic., I was wondering if there are any options available to expand the usability of Survey123. It is great tool but with no value if we can't used. Hello everyone, Does anyone have a good approach on how to capture the "date' and "time" from the Survey123 on its own fields? I have a dateTime type question on my survey that is set to now() on the default field. I like this format for the survey but I would like to capture the values separate on its own fields on the output. I took a look at Ismael great tutorial on date and time (https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2016/04/17/dates-and-time-in-survey123-for-arcgis ) but I still couldn't figure out how to keep the dateTime format on my survey and have separate values on my output.
