Hi,

I'm having trouble installing Survey 123 Connect, the desktop version, windows x64 version. When I run the .exe it shows the screen in the attachment. There's no 'next' button, so I can't continue the install.

What's causing this and how can I fix it?

Hi Vincent,

What version of OS are you using and what locale is your OS set to?

The app shows Dutch as installation language.

I can see the buttons with the same build(3.7.62) and my locale is Nederlands(Nederland) on win10.

Hi Vicent,

Could you check your desktop device specifications(Settings>System>About>Device specifications)?

And also check if you have latest graphic driver updates on your desktop?

Hi,

Device specifications look the same as yours.

Graphics drivers are up to date.

Could you try on another machine to see if you are still seeing the missing buttons issue?

Hmm, it does work on other machines; I asked some colleagues. They do have the same model laptop and same installation, so that's a little odd... Mine's also the newest.

Thanks for the help so far, by the way.

Met vriendelijke groet,

Yes, this issue could be specific to the machine you are using, most likely with the graphic card or the graphic driver, which might potentially impact the UI rendering.

You might want to have the Information System team to check the graphic card issue to see if you need any further updates on the driver.
