Survey123 form for iMapInvasives not sending, error: date, presence, not detected?

Hi everyone, this is my first time trying out survey123 and I am having trouble submitting my survey. I get the following message: "Send Error. This Survey could not be sent due to the following error: Date: 2024-08-27 11:02, Presence Records: 1, Not Detected Records: 0, Treatment records: 4"

I don't understand what could be wrong with the date, and I am not getting any field errors when editing the form, everything with a * is filled out.

Hi, it'd be very helpful if you attach your xls.

It sounds like a relationship trouble, like there's a contradiction between your questions. Maybe you have an if creatiang a loop.
