Hi all

I have a survey123 connect which use MANY select multiples which are then held in calculations used in repeats etc but ive come to use this in the browser and the select multiples are not working and will not show an other fields mentioning their relevent areas

I have included a snippet below, is there something obvious I am missing? it all works as expected in desktop but when uploaded falls apart (have tried re-uploading etc)

What does the choices sheet look like?  You need to check against the value in the name column vs the label column is usually the confusion.

Hi there

Here is alittle snippet but I believe they are all in order as it works the same way in connect as it does AGOL?

Assuming your lists for the select_multiple are contained within the XLSX on the choices tab, the only real reason they wouldn't be showing up is a malformed list.

  1. In Connect, run Tools > Analyze survey. That will highlight some issues.
  2. For formatting, ensure your name column does not contain special characters or spaces. Alphanumeric characters, including capitals and lower-case, are fine.
  3. Label column effectively doesn't matter.

Thank you for the reccomendation. I have tested this and there is nothing in the analyze tool that suggests there is a problem with the select multiples, alongside this it still works perfectly in the desktop version, it only breaks down when in browser. Could there be a limitation of the browser in regards to how relevancies work ? Select multiple leading to select multiples etc ?

Select_Multiple and Relevant statements are pretty basic functions that the Web version should be able to handle without issue.

Any chance you can include the XLSX here for us to test? If not, I would suggest contacting Esri Technical Support so they can jump on a call and see the issue first-hand.
