Survey123 Connect geopoint map not visible in published survey

I am trying to have a map thumbnail show in my published survey. Currently, there is only a crosshair and map icon with the question. Is there something I can change in my Survey123 Connect form to display the thumbnail?

That's the GPS and Basemap selection tool, that you'd usually see alongside the map.

Do you want a thumbnail? I don't think that's a thing within the form... Maybe you'd get it if you were changing the Basemaps and the map/thumbnail was one of the options.

Are you trying to add a custom map to your form? More info on that here:

Thank you for the reply, Christopher! It started showing up on the actual survey. Not sure what I did but it works now.
