I have an issue that I have been unable to resolve thus far. A small number of new Survey123 users in the organization are able to fill out surveys just fine, and image they capture within the survey appear to them when looking at their previously sent surveys, but the images do not appear in the Data when viewed by others. It appears to be isolated to a select few who are newly added, as it has been tested across multiple devices with the same issue of images not appearing in the Data, yet myself and other users images appear as normal in the data even when logged in on the same devices.
Is there a user setting or something else that could be causing this issue to be isolated to a single user?
