Survey 123 Web - Unable to share survey results

Good morning,

I think something recently changed because this was working fine a couple weeks ago. 

I have a survey that I published using Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS 3.6. This survey is using already existing feature service that was published earlier using ArcMap. Users are able to submit their answers and everything works fine, but when I try to click 'Save' on this window:

I am getting this error message:

It creates this hosted feature layer that does not have any data:

After, hitting a 'Save' button second time I am presented with this error message:

I would like to share results, so users can view their submitted data.

Set-up: Portal for ArcGIS 10.7.1

For anyone else experiencing this issue - I had a similar error when trying to share from the Collaborate section. I had actually created a MANUAL feature layer view from my feature layer that was the basis for the survey. I deleted the feature layer view, emptied the recycle bin, and un-shared everything in my survey folder. I then went back to the collaborate tab, refreshed the page, and tried sharing again. Success!
