Strange page behaviour

In this survey, the group called "Another value chain?" is a page that appears always on the first page. I thought it would do it after the user is done with adding info in groups "Tourism", "Nature conservation", "Coastal cultural values" or "Energy".
As you see in the Excel file, "Another value chain?" is a field-list, and the style column in settings is set to pages.
Even more strange is that if I click on Next, and then Back the "Another value chain?" page disappears.
