I'm hoping I can duplicate this in some small way-

I know these folks at mysocialpinpoint.com have put in tons of work to make this looks so flashy, and I appreciate that.  I'm really looking to do something similar only in the sense of showing previous records on a map they're about to draw on.  The goal here is of course to keep repeating records from showing up, I don't want to see 400 of the same point and description.   So if someone sees that the pin has already been placed in a location, they can move on to another.

 

Hopefully I've described this well enough.  It all sounds so much better in my head.

Something similar to this can be accomplished with either an ArcGIS Experience builder application or ArcGIS Dashboards. 

An ArcGIS Survey123 survey can be embedded in the application to edit existing submissions.
