Sent surveys do not appear in 'Sent' folder once submitted.

Hi all,

I recently upgraded users' Survey123 installations (Windows app for Desktop). Now, in Survey123, a user submits a survey, it is accepted without error, the sent count increases, but the sent folder remains empty.

Additionally, only some users are experiencing this--i.e., some users can still access previous sent surveys, and recently sent surveys.

Is anyone familiar with this issue and how to retrieve previous sent surveys?
