Ranked Question Behavior

I've created a public survey where the user is to rank their choices from a multiple select question. There is a filter on the ranked question such that only the choices the user selects in the multiple select question appear in the ranking question. On the app (Android) and in the desktop browser (Chrome) the user is able to rearrange the rankings by simply dragging (finger/stylus in app, mouse/finger/stylus in desktop Chrome). But when accessing the survey via the mobile Chrome browser, the user is unable to rearrange the ranks other than having the first choice they double tap appear at the top. Dragging is occurring but not the 'dropping'.  Most of our users will not have the app, so this functionality on mobile browsers is needed.  Any suggestions?

I hope you are well. Is the issue occurring in Android only? Have you tried Google Chrome in iOS?

Are you able to share the url of the Survey123 form, so I can test it?

I tested it on Edge in PC and it works as expected.

I tested it on Safari and Google Chrome on iPhone and is not working as expected.
