I am receiving this error when I refresh the inbox after a client re-published the survey, deleted the survey from their iPad, and then re-downloaded the survey; only occurs for this survey.
Survey was working before re-publishing and nothing in terms of the .xlsx form was changed.
I can see and access the data on the Survey123 website, but when I download the survey it doesn't show the thumbnail or any of the associated text, just the default survey form thumbnail. When I try and open the survey from a link or scanning the QR code, it repeats the downloading survey process until you manually close the app
