Putting Repeats into Power Automate in Email

Hello All,

I work in an operations team and we use Survey123 in order to track our end of shift reports from our supervisors; these reports help us track basic information like attendance, daily events, and routine inspections. Some of this information, the information not housed in repeats, is sent out to our larger team as an email using power automate at the completion of the survey.

Is there a way to bring this information captured in repeats into the email? When I attended the ESRI conference they told me to include like I would an attachment and I could not figure that process out as the repeats do not have a URI like a photo or PDF would. Most other folks in my organization are not very GIS fluent and will not access the information in the repeats on their own unless it is in this email.

Below is a link to a copy of the survey that we use: https://arcg.is/1XSrvL0

Hi @3CDCOrganizationalAccount   Records in a repeat are modeled as an array. This blog https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-blog/survey123-tricks-of-the-trade-working-with/ba-p/... may give you a hint on how to work with arrays in Power Automate.

@IsmaelChivite

Thanks for the quick response! I tried to copy the steps that were in the blog post you sent me and I can see all the steps working and going through but when I look at the email there is no attachment with this information in it?

I peaked the code and the outputs which all seemed correct and I have the variable for policecheckin in my attachments section of the outlook module. Any idea why on the email there is no attachment?

Hello @3CDCOrganizationalAccount

To access data that was submitted through a repeat in Power Automate in the Dynamic content there will be variables that start with "feature repeats" and is how you can populate attribute information that was submitted in a repeat.

Thank you,

The advise here is good for extracting data from a repeat. But that may be very limiting as time goes on. I would suggest you generate a feature report and attach that to your email.

I have a guide here that should hopefully help you do that for Enterprise. I still need to find some time and refine the steps for AGO... https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/guide-to-generate-feature-reports-in-power/...
