We are attempting to create a survey that has choice lists, and I would like the choices to pass as variables in a geoprocessing service. I then want the resulting data to be exported as a report. I'm thinking I will have to use Make or Power Automate to trigger this when the survey is submitted, but I've not used these before. What does the scenario look like? Anyone done something similar?

Survey submitted> https request to GP Service>export data in report (csv I think is preferred) ??

Have you looked into the 123 reporting engine?  https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/survey123/sharing-collaboration/get-started-with-survey123...

I would also at least try to get users to look at Dashboards and such as it is much slicker than bunch of PDFs in many use cases.

Also had good luck looking at them in ArcGIS for Excel now.

Hope that helps

I will definitely pitch a dashboard as an idea! I work with some older public works folks that sometimes prefer paper or excel docs

For sure check out ArcGIS for Excel then.  You can link directly to the AGOL service and see it live time.  Can even edit via drop downs that link to the domains (which can be good and bad).  But great for updating status fields.  Plus all the charts and such of Excel.  No table support yet, just feature layers, but its coming in Q2 2024.  Plus no reporting credit costs that can add up fast.
