Notification upon survey submission

There is a similar thread (Send notifications when survey is submitted.) from April but I thought I would see if there is an update.

Is it possible to receive a notification when a survey is submitted?

Also, is it possible to send a confirmation that a survey has been submitted to the submitted (if one of the entries is submitter's email)?

I am thinking, it would still require GeoEvents Processor or Python/ArcRest but thought I'd see if there was an out-of-the-box way to achieve this without much customizing.

We have been using GeoEvent to send notifications for when a survey has been submitted or if survey responses meets certain criteria and it has been very successful. Using GeoEvent does not require much customization, it is fairly straight forward to set-up.
