My audio files work in the 123 Connect Preview, but they do not work when I publish the survey and open it in the web app. What am I doing wrong?

I built a survey in 123 Connect and it looks great. When I publish it and open it in the web link the audio files do not play, but they work in the connect preview. I have verified that the file names match 100% perfectly in the media folder and the spread sheet. Since they work in 123 connect, I dont understand why they dont work in the web.

I finally got the files to work. My best guess as to how, is that after I published the survey, it took some time for the programs to fully sync. After an hour, the audio magically began to work.
