I'm sure i'm not the only one who's had an "Internal server-side error" when trying to produce a report in Survey 123. Can anyone help me find out what is wrong with the XLS form so that it generates this error over and over again?
Do you also have a copy of the DOC file you're using to generate the report? In my experience, the server side errors in Survey123 usually have to do with a missing field or something.
